Applicants can track the progress of their DataFlow verification application online and check the status of individual documents.

What Do I Need to Track My Application?

You will generally need:

• Your DataFlow Case Number

• Your Passport Number

Your DataFlow Case Number is provided after successfully submitting your application and completing payment.

How Do I Check My Status?

Visit the DataFlow application status portal and enter your Case Number and Passport Number.

The status portal allows applicants to:

• Check their application progress

• View the status of individual documents

• Receive visibility into the verification process

• Download the final DataFlow report when it is available

I Cannot Find My Case Number

Your Case Number is generally provided in the confirmation email received after successful application submission and payment.

If you completed payment but did not receive a confirmation email, contact DataFlow Support and provide relevant payment and application details.

When Will My Report Be Available?

Once the verification process is completed, the final report becomes available through the applicable DataFlow channels.

Applicants will also receive notification when their verification is completed.

Important

Verification can take approximately 15–25 working days after payment and submission of a complete application. Delays may occur when additional documents are required or when issuing authorities take longer to respond.
